When it comes to my nature photography, I am quite varied. I love being able to show my viewers everything from a nice lake view with fall colors In the background to a close-up shot of a small mushroom growing out of the forest floor.
It is safe to say that out of all the photography styles; I like close-up and macro photography the most. I love being able to show my viewers something they may never get to see, or maybe show them another side to something they see every day. One such image is the macro shot of a white, fluffy dandelion seed pod showing the composition of the outer layer of white hairs along with the rusty colored seeds attached to the white globe on the stem.
For me nature photography opportunities are everywhere. It doesn’t matter if I’m at one of the Arkansas State Parks, or walking down an old country road. I will find something out in nature that sparks my interest.
What I show on this site is just a very small sampling of my images and abilities. If you are looking for something specific and don’t see it on this site, please shoot me an email at kevin@kevinbatchelorphotography.com There is a chance that I might have it in my collection.
