My main focus is on nature and animal photography, and as such I do not have a formal studio space. Some of the best backdrops are created by Mother Nature, and this gives your photo session its own flair. Instead of you posing in front of the same background that thousands of other people have, your photos will have their own unique look. I do have studio equipment that I can set up depending on location though.

I strive to deliver a relaxed photo session, and I encourage you to have fun, relax, and be yourself… even if being yourself involves a three piece suit and a formal background. You can personalize your photo session with your own props, change of clothes, or bring your pet.

Unlike most photography studios, I don’t charge extra for wardrobe changes. I get paid by the hour and you can do what you like within the time you have booked. Extra time can also be booked if needed.

In the past I have been the photographer for Senior Pictures, Wedding Receptions, Group Gatherings, and Family Portraits. One of my clients used an image from her shoot in a beauty pageant and won the title of “Most Photogenic”.

Does your heart desire that special look that your dog or cat has occasionally? I can capture it. Does your heart desire a closeup shot of your tarantula’s fangs? Yep… I can capture those too. Maybe your heart desires a wonderful head shot of your boa flicking it’s tongue? I’m not skeert, and would be happy to get that image for you. It doesn’t matter what you may cherish as a pet. I can and will photograph them so that you have an image you’re proud to hang in your home.

As pet owners, the last thing we want to do is cause our pets undue stress. While some pets are content in almost any location with a family member present, most prefer the security and comfort of their own home or a familiar area. Therefore I have designed my pet photography package with your pets needs in mind.

I offer a unique opportunity for high quality images of your pets in the environment where they live and play. I can get a much more natural look when I come to you. The photography session can take place at a location of your choosing. Whether it is your backyard or your pets favorite park. The images will capture your pets in natural, candid shots showing their true personalities. Another option is the studio type shots. These are more like portraits of your pets with close up head shots, a nice background behind them and studio lighting.

Upon arriving at your house (or other photography location), I will come to the door without any equipment. Prior to any photography session, I will spend time getting acquainted with your pet. We will use this time discussing if there’s a special mood you wish to capture or location you prefer. This way your pet can have a chance to work off all that energy from meeting a new friend.

This session with you and your pet will last between 1 ½ – 2 hours, and includes as many pet shots as can be taken in that time period. There is no limit to the number of pets photographed during a session. I will select 10-20 of the best images, and fine-tune them to make the images perfect. Once your images are ready, you will receive an e-mail with login information to view the images of your pet on the web. You will also be able to purchase prints of your cherished pet directly from my website. This allows you to place your order at your leisure.
